"We were originally drawn to a Vend Natural distributorship because of VNI's environmentally sustainable practices and its commitment to organic and healthy foods. Berkshire Natural opened in 2009. My business partner and I each have two small children and we were excited about the opportunity to bring healthy vending to Massachusetts. We were tired of our interactions with conventional vending machines and seeing a lack of healthy options for our children.

As an experienced business owner entering a new industry I hoped that we could eliminate a learning curve of several years by relying on Vend Natural to teach us about the industry and about running a vending business. All of the Vend Natural distributors that I spoke to when researching this business told me the same thing. Gil Sanchez is like a family member. He's there for you whenever you need him.

Gil came to install our vending machines, walked campuses to scope out locations, secured a meeting we were unable to set up on our own and closed a contract all in a couple of days. We would have to wait many years to establish our own credibility and win contracts with large institutions. With VNI's help, we are on campuses and proving that healthy vending belongs in Massachusetts.

We're off to a great start, on schedule with our business plan. With VNI's training during installation of our machines we are confident in working with our machines and the remote vending alert system, loading our machines, evaluating the suitability of a location and negotiating a contract with a potential location. That would not have happened without VNI."
